Service Description

Helping people rise above trauma and mental illness for over 20 years. I just launched a new private practice so I have spaces available for individual and family therapy sessions. I really enjoy watching people let go of traumatic memories and depression using cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. On line sessions available. Taking cash pay, Regence BCBS, Aetna, UBH and Providence insurances. Intake session = 185$ 60 min session = 165$ 45 min session = 150$

Mondays are usually best to reach me.

My Cash Rates are 185$ for the intake, 165$ for an hour and 150$ for a 45 minute session. I currently accept Blue Cross, Providence, Aetna, United Health and Cigna insurances.
